DataMiner : Chat integration – Microsoft Teams

Dojo,

A user is interested in chat integration with Microsoft Teams and are only interested in DataMiner sending a notification to a User, Team or Channel. The admin consent required has broad permissions and is seen as a potential risk for IT Security.

Is it possible to limit the permission scope in Admin consent only for the purpose of sending a notification (message) and to not permit others?
