Hi Dojo,
we have a new NAS (Synology) and wanted to store the backup there. Before on the old NAS everything was working fine. But on the new one I get:
2024-07-03 04:15:38|1 errors occurred during backup
2024-07-03 04:15:38|- Creating file remotely failed: Error: Unknown, 1312
When I login from the same server to the NAS, I can create files without any problem. Also mounting to the NAS with a network drive is working fine. I don't have any explanation why Dataminer is giving me this error message. Maybe someone could give me the hint

This is probably where the domain of the user that has access to the share should be added, e.g. domain\user
