I have one self hosted Dataminer Agent, I have connected this with My Cloud also but I am not able to deploy any protocol from CataLog This DNA have one local IP. is it required to Assign a Public IP to all the self hosted DMA agents or what can be the issue that i am not able to deploy the protocols.

Hi Ashok,
it is not required to assign a public IP to your self hosted DMA Agents to deploy from the Catalog.
On your agent that is experiencing this issue did you install the CloudPack (https://community.dataminer.services/dataminer-cloud-pack/)? If that is the case try looking at the Services running on your Server running the DMA and restart the CoreGateway service.

I have installed Cloud package. I am able to connect with Cloud. When trying to deploy it is showing the DAM also in DMA list so deploy when I trying to deploy that time the above mentioned issue I am facing. I am inside a firewall so anything needs to be added to the firewall?
According to the error message it seems the CoreGateway DxM is not running correctly can you try restarting that service.
