Is it possible to have themes global available for all users? We're trying to setup our dashboard with an light and dark theme with company colours.

In Dashboard settings you have an option to define a theme that can be used by your dashboards:

Indeed, or refresh the page in your browser. Be careful when making changes with multiple users at the same time that you don’t overwrite each other changes, there’s at the moment no protection build-in for this.
Updates are indeed done by refresh but adding a new theme requires an logout/in cycle to get them to display by another user. After that we can indeed just refresh them
We’ve figured it out:
-they are not live updated, if i create a theme my colleague has to log out and log in to see them.
