Has anyone had the issue where you open the properties page of an element and it opens fine but when you click the custom tab it opens up to be about 2.5 screens wide? This happens to me every time I go to the custom side of the properties. Any ideas?
Hi Joe - I just tried on 03 instances running different versions of DataMiner and could not replicate behavior you described. Does this occurs only for your user using an specific workstation? You may want to go to <DMAIP>/tools and clean cube cache.
Hi Roger, cleaning cube cache didn’t change this behavior. This happen to all users in this DMS and from different workstations including the DMAs. Doesn’t seems to be a version issue, this is not happening in their staging server (stand alone setup) which have the same Dataminer version.
