Cube Interface – Toggle Between Light and Dark Mode automatically

I have a question about the opening arguments available for DataminerCube.

Is it possible to set the background theme at the startup of the app? The intention is to automate the switch during the working hours and during the night.

Is it possible to configure this settings from the app shortcut or URL like autoslide option?

Thank you.

Cool idea, Bruno! This is currently not possible. Feel free to request a new feature for this. It could be extended to be able to override any setting via the launch arguments.

A "hack" may be possible by changing the settings file of a user or user group in an automation script, but changing these files outside Cube frequently could be tricky.

Thanks Lander. I’ve created task https://collaboration.dataminer.services/task/138396 to have this considered by you guys.

An additional idea for this to be more fluid would be to have this dependent on the location of the user/DMA, getting the dusk/dawn times for the day at 00:00 and after these times are crossed, produce the changes in the backgorund themes.
In any case, I’ll leave it to you guys to think this trhough 🙂
