Hi all,
I have a protocol used by only one element. Every time I update protocol, cube(10.5.7.0-15952) freezes while element is restarted, so the cube has to be terminated in Task Manager. Here is the screenshot from Task Manager
and error logs from the cube log file

Can you confirm whether its cube issue, or could it be protocol that should be reviewed?
Hi Alija,
Can you tell me which protocol ?
Kind Regards,
Robbe

Hi Alija,
I've just tested this with a couple of different protocols, no freeze.
So it might be something that is protocol specific.
Kind Regards,

It doesn't happen to me all the time too, but I will try to get to the configuration that causes it, and I will update the question.
Thanks for checking out.
Regards,
Hi Robbe,
It's not released yet, but you can find the code in the repo "TelenorTelenor TVTnD Manager". And just some days ago, I heard another colleague saying the same thing happens to him too, not with the same protocol I work on.
