Hello, currently at Sky we use a excel to document hardware that we currently use in our MCR. Would there be an app that we could use to poll information from these devices such as firmware, IP addresses, and also easily categorise their types and capabilities?

Hi Camille, its certainly possible to manage inventory and asset management (IAM) across your estate with DataMiner.
As the devices may already be known to DataMiner, element data can be recalled in a user friendly interface, why not create your own LowCode app or Dashboard to present the data. See a compelling use case:

If the data is not already present in DataMiner. Do not worry, we have processing tools available to ingest excel documents and convert them to a DOM structure which can be stored and recalled directly in LowCode applications.
