Hi, I have a rule that is working correctly when viewing it in all circumstances except for within the preset alarm console tabs that I apply to the user group. When viewing in the fixed alarm tab you get the correlated alarm as well as the raw alarms in a darker colour. (The same as within the correlated alarm) Is there a setting I need to change in the user group to allow the rule to work properly?

Can you check if correlation tracking is enabled?
You can access the setting through the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the alarm console.

Hi, yes I spotted 2 settings and have them both applied to the group. It’s ticked in the same console setting you have screen grabbed also.
