To give some context, this error comes up when the user applies a Visio to the element. When the visio is applied, the memory usage also spikes up. When the visio is taken off, the memory usage drops and error is cleared. The visio is a bit complex with a few pages, but I am wondering how does the visio relate to the correlation engine? And how does it cause a loop with a bunch of parameters that belong to a table?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Davy,

Thank you for your response. I will respond to here to be able to add screenshots. It does not seem like the customer has any chains setup via the the tool. however, they do have RCA chains setup in a service template where the first four elements are the same and they point to themselves (which is also the element in question). Can this be the cause for the looping? If so, what is the recommended approach and how does this relate to applying a viso on that element?
