Is it possible to have a confirmation box pop-up when executing a script from a Visio when using the HTML5 version? I currently have the option set to show one and this works when in cube, but when i press the button in the HTML5 version there is no confirmation it just executes.

I believe this is a limitation of the mobile Visual Overview for which there is no workaround.
Where are you using this mobile Visual Overview? Dashboards and low-code apps have web native support for automation scripts. A confirmation popup is not yet available but sounds like an interesting (multi-functional) feature.
