Configure soft-launch options in bulk

Is there a way to configure the soft-launch options in bulk, eg through the SLNet Client Test Tool, or similar?

In particular for big clusters, it would be convenient not having to update the SoftLaunchOptions.xml files manually one by one.

This is not possible at the moment. Note that soft-launch options for various reasons should only be enabled on staging platforms, which typically are not big clusters.
