we have enabled cloud connection for one pair in our cluster.
But one server is shown with the correct name ...-DMA01-b and the other one (main) is shown as a long number. How can I fix this?

Could you indeed try restarting the DataMiner Orchestrator specifically under your services in Windows? This issue can occur when the orchestrator wasn't fully started up at the time it sent the information to the cloud. Usually this is sent on a regular interval, but it appears that it hasn't updated automatically for you.
Restarting should trigger the data update to the cloud and hopefully resolve the issue.

Someone from the software team will most likely give you a better and more thorough explanation or workaround, but I had encountered this as well before. I tried to restart the processes related to the DxMs (DataMiner Extension Modules (DxMs) | DataMiner Docs) and after that, it worked for me.

How did you restart them? I guess a simple restart of the Dataminer software should also help or?
No, they are loosely coupled with DataMiner. All of them are running as a service, so you can restart them by going to the services in Windows.
