Hi All,
I have just cloud connected our DEV system, however it comes up saying "The Dataminer System is currently unavailable".
In Cube its saying it is connected and the cloud session is valid.
On the Connection Tester there is a warning and a couple of errors. see attached screenshot, does anyone know how to fix this or what the IP address is 20.103.147.5?

this is expected for that IP since it does not host anything yet, you can ignore that.
To debug the issue have a look at %programdata%/Skyline Communications/DataMiner CloudGateway/Logs and %programdata%/Skyline Communications/DataMiner CoreGateway/Logs. Can you send us those files? You can contact us at support.cloud.ecosystem@skyline.be.
