I'm wondering if anyone is having the same issue. We have setup ChatOps integration in Teams. When running the "Show View xxx" command, if the View has a custom Visual Display (i.e. a custom Visio file), the bot would say "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to find the view in the DataMiner System...". If I remove the custom Visual Display (i.e. "Set as active Visio file > General default"), then it is able to load the view in Teams.
Any idea how to fix this?
