Carrier monitoring event recording

When an incident occurs (let’s say some spectrum parameter or KPI exceeds its alarm threshold), can Dataminer create a recording of the trace, starting a few seconds BEFORE the event occurred, and ending sometime after, so the trace can be saved and replayed at a later time?

How would that be set up?  A continuous recording loop controlled by an automation script ?

Hi Jorge,

When editing a spectrum monitor, if you add alarming to one of the spectrum monitor parameters, under the “advanced” settings you can set up the number of earlier traces and future traces you want to be saved. You can find more info about working with spectrum monitors in the help pages.
