Can’t see logs on DataMiner Cube – WebView2 Runtime Microsoft

Hi Dojo,

We have some client machines with limited access and no internet connection to provide a secure DataMiner connection to our DMSs. Last week, we upgrade one of them to DM 10.5.11 version and now, when we are trying to see logs on DataMiner Cube, we are seeing this pop-up:

As these machines have no internet access, do you know which package has to be installed on the machines?

Hi Daniel,

The behavior that you describe is expected. Since 10.5.9, Edge is the default web browser engine.

Since the clients don't have internet connection, I will suggest to use the Evergreen Standalone installer. Once you reach the site Microsoft Edge WebView2, keep in mind that you will need to scroll down to find the standalone installer.
