Can you apply a PLS against a virtual resource

Currently we have a load of virtual resources, so aren't linked to any elements, but want to run a PLS to configure parameters against elements that do exist on the system, is this possible?
I'm guessing we need a function file for the protocol and link the resources to that function to create DVE's etc.

Hi Philip,

Indeed, PLS scripts need to have a function associated to create a DVE, as the DVE ID is one of the arguments of the script.
