During failover teardown, the backup/offline agent should be reset to the state of a cleanly installed DataMiner (everything will be removed but the DataMiner should still startup correctly). The primary/online agent should not be reset and remain online.

Demo licenses are stored in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Response.lic. On the offline agent, DataMiner will execute a factory reset and delete this file. This should not be the case and is a software issue.
