Hi Dojo, what is the recommendation to backup databases when having cassandra external and opensearch cluster?

Full backup (with database) does not work (as expected)

To backup Cassandra what will be the recommendation?

Hi Danielle,

For an external Cassandra cluster, Medusa is the recommended approach for managing backups and restores of the data.
As a utility it is more feature complete than the stand alone backup tool and allows for easier automation of the backup jobs.
