Hello,
I am currently running the sanity checks described in DataMiner Agent sanity check | DataMiner Docs. However, currently the suggested procedure involves a lot of manual work, and I would like to have these metrics in a weekly basis, so I am looking for a way of automatically get those checks.
Is there already any automation script to collect those metrics? Or any other automated procedure?
I am aware of some dashboards used for monitoring, but they don't include all the sanity checks.
Thanks in advance for your help!
As Karel suggested, a BPA should be the best way to go.
As far as I remember, there's already a BPA for that, called "Check System Health". Check it internally, as I cannot find it mentioned in our documentation.

This BPA was indeed developed in the past, but it has never been released, and it is not clear at the moment when it might become available.
Hi Carolina, I believe BPAs (Best Practices Analysis) is the best fit for this.
Refer to Running BPA tests | DataMiner Docs, BPA can be used to verify that a specific part of a DataMiner setup conforms with Skyline recommendations, in order to guarantee an optimal DataMiner experience. From DataMiner 10.1.4 onwards, the Schedule column allows you to configure at which interval a specific test should be executed, e.g. every 12 hours.
“Check System Health” is briefly mentioned in our documentation here: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Reference/DataMiner_Tools/Standalone_BPA_Executor.html#running-bpa-tests-via-command-line
