Annotations in elements not shown (only in Editor)

Hi Dojo,

we use the Annotations feature in elements. We have some annotations, but these are only shown in the editor, but not on the Annotations page after saving.

Is there a setting missing? We are running DMA v10.2.10

Normally it should refresh after closing the editor. There’s also a refresh button on the top right.

If it still doesn’t work we will have to investigate this further, for which you can create a task on Collaboration.

Keep in mind that Annotations is being retired (see DataMiner Functionality Evolution and Retirement).

Hi Wim,
many thanks for your answer. I can confirm, that it does not work for me.
But your hint that the functionality will be retired makes ma request obsolete. We intend to update the system early next year, thus it’s worthless to spend effort for Annotations.
