When I assign a trend template I get the following Information Event:

My goal is to know all the trend templates assignments of the past 3 months.

When creating a filter, if I choose Parameter Description > [agent name], I get the “Trending Template Assigned”, but it doesn’t retrieve any info (0 count):

If I choose Parameter Description > [element name] – which is defined in the first screenshot – I don’t have the “Trending Template Assigned” option:

It’s out of the question to retrieve all information events and filter on the search box.

Hi Guilherme,

Can you try to tweak your filter a little and filter on parameter description (by protocol) instead of (by element)?

I can confirm the filter below works fine on my system:

Note that you must select the ‘DataMiner Element Control Protocol’, not the one your element is using.
