Is there away to categorize alarms according to different teams for example:
If we have a device managed by a team A but affecting another teams and we would like to have different alarms according to the cause of the alarm if its related to the hardware then its for team A and if its related to bad configuration or connection its for team B.

I believe the CATEGORY property on parameters could help you achieve that.

In an information template, you have the ability to tag specific parameters with a CATEGORY (e.g. hardware, configuration, network, signal fault). In your Alarm Console you have to then right click on the headers, choose Add/Remove column and select the Category to make it visible.
