Hi Stefan,

As far as I know there is no out of the box functionality to provision elements from a LCA. Possible options:

Implement an automation script that uses web services. You could use the method CreateElement to provision an element.
Implement an automation script that use the class library. In the class library there is a method to create elements.

In both cases, you can trigger the automation script from a LCA.

Worth to mention, you could also use the IDP app to provision elements.
