Add “Other Devices” in the rack layout

Hi,

I´m still struggling with how I can add an device to my rack layout that I don´t have connection to. I just want it to be visible in the rack layout, and not generate an element.

Hi Thomaz,

I believe you are referring to the IDP Facility Management feature and currently it is only possible to add there devices that are represented in DataMiner as elements.

Hi João,

Yes, I referring to the IDP Facility Management and I will not use licenses for elements that I don´t use. I will make a suggestion for this.
