Active Directory Groups – User does not appear in DataMiner

Our DataMiner servers are joined to a domain and we usse Active Directory groups in DataMiner to manage  the diferent roles. When we add a existing group in DataMiner, all the users included in the group are well added in DataMiner. The issue is when we add a new user in a Active Directory group previously added to DataMine. The users don’t appear in DataMiner. If I delete the group in DataMiner and I add it again, the users are well added. Active Directory groups are supposedly updated every hour in DataMiner but it looks its not working fine.

What can be checked to find out what the problem might be?

I received following feedback:

It seem that after the upgrade, the Active Directory syncronizatión is working fine again. Maybe yesterday, when I looked at it, it hadn't been 1 hour since the upgrade and it hadn't synced yet.

I have made serveral test moving users from one group to other and it worked…

So upgrade to 10.2 is fixing it!

Hello Jeroen,

What is the DM version where you have this problem?

We upgraded this morning to 10.2, before that it was 10.1
