Hi Dojo,

As in the title, I'm able to access my DMA via dataminer.services to see the monitoring app, but I'm unable to access the same DMA with the same account credentials on Dataminer Cube. It gives the error message to "Start the DataMiner software manually or contact your system administrator." Please let me know what settings are necessary to show to give more insight into this or if there are any known issues where dataminer Cube can't connect to a DMA that can be accessed otherwise.
