Everyone who has spent time on our online Dojo community knows we have an amazing group of inspiring value-sharers. But those who have attended our in-person events know these folks are even more incredible in real life. They are warm, kind-hearted people always ready to listen, give advice, exchange stories, share laughs, and cheer each other on.
A perfect example of this during Empower was our impromptu “strength contest”. During our funfair evening event, one of the attractions was a strength meter—you know, the old hammer and bell thing. Suddenly, a crowd gathered as people tested their strength. Before we knew it, the whole gang was cheering each other on, helping everyone overcome stage fright and just give it a try. That’s the power of a positive, safe community.
