Community Support
Access to the DataMiner Community, including a comprehensive knowledge base of shared resources for self-service support. This plan also includes upgrades to the core software and the option to pay for remote assistance. Ideal for smaller operations, organizations with free or pay-per-use systems, and entry-level subscriptions.
Continuity Support
Provides standard support for your day-to-day operations, including unlimited remote assistance during business hours, a committed SLA for response times and corrective actions, and all updates and upgrades.
Evolve Support
This plan is designed for closer collaboration, enabling agile operations and supporting teams looking to continuously evolve their systems. Features improved response times, but also personalized support, strategic guidance, and a dedicated support contact.

out of business hours - add-on
Outside-of-Business Hours (OBH) Support service. This service is specifically designed to handle both emergencies and planned interventions outside of regular business hours. By leveraging OBH Support, you can ensure that your critical operations remain uninterrupted, thereby maximizing uptime.
This service is ideal for managing unexpected issues as well as planned maintenance, providing comprehensive support to maintain the stability and efficiency of your operations.
To access OBH Support, an active subscription to either the Continuity or Evolve support plan is required.
