I have a bunch of AppearTV XC5100 chassis in my system and they are implemented as “AppearTV General Platform” but when I use that one I got wrong Visio-file. The Visio file is working perfect for XC5000 (3U) but not for XC5100 (1U)
Is there any place where I can download an Visio-file that is showing the XC5100 chassi?

Hi Thomaz,
I believe the current Visual Overview was specifically made for the XC5000 which is a 3RU chassis compared to the XC5100 which is indeed a 1RU chassis. There might be slight differences in terms of slot numbering or card names causing the Visio shapes to not fully work.
So the Visual is not compatible with 1RU (yet).
Feel free to contact your project Skyline reference so we can look into the configuration and make the update.
Or feel free to make the adjustments in the visual directly (reference guide).
