I am trying to connect a DataMiner System to the Cloud (step 4 as described in DataMiner Help) (locally on the DMA I want to connect to the Cloud), but when trying to connect the Cloud Gateway Service (from System Center => Cloud) I get the above error. The Cube logging shows a warning: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Can you validate that the server(s) on which you chose to active the Cloud Gateway service(s) has access to send HTTP requests to https://connect.dataminer.services?
Once that is possible, you'll be able to press the "Register" button correctly.
Additionally, the servers running the Cloud Gateway service will also need to be able to open WebSockets to wss://tunnel.dataminer.services
You can also check the SLCcaGatewayService.txt logging of the dataminer agent, which might contain a more descriptive error indicating the above problem/solution.

Hey Ben, that’s correct, the log file for the latest versions is now there in your programdata folder.
Unfortunately there don’t seem to be any new logs since January 26th 🙁

Hi Sven, where should I be able to find that SLCcaGatewayService.txt log file? Thanks! Or has it been renamed to the SLCcaGateway.txt at C:ProgramDataSkyline CommunicationsDataMiner CloudGatewayLogs?
