On the new Dashboard app, is there an option to decide which user can/cannot access a particular dashboard or folder.

Security on all dashboards can be configured in Cube System Center/Users-Groups/Permissions. We have permission flags for Viewing/Adding/Editing/Deleting.
In 10.1.1 we’re adding an extra level of security and that is the concept public/private/protected dashboards. It’s works the same as public/private/protected alarm filters for example. So you can create your personal set of dashboards that no one else can access, or make them public, with or without edit rights.
Security per dashboard is not available, but can be achieved via dashboard sharing. With dashboard sharing you can share any dashboard with anyone in- or outside the company, in a secure way of course.
