Hi all,

we have a DMS consisting of a DMA Failover pair and have configured the following settings on both Agents as per Docs :

MaintenanceSettings.txt:

<SLNet>
<EnableDotNetRemoting>false</EnableDotNetRemoting>
</SLNet>

ConnectionSettings.txt:

* type=GRPCConnection

Though we still get the BPA message mentioned in the title. Restarting DataMiner or IIS have not worked for this so far. All the other Tests in BPA have passed. DataMiner Version is 10.6.3.

Any suggestions to narrow down the root cause?

Hi Gregor,

Your setup is actually correct, but you are encountering a known issue in the Security Advisory BPA where it would not properly recognize the EnableDotNetRemoting configuration. This issue has been fixed starting from DataMiner 10.6.4.
