Limit user access to specific Low Code App

Hello Dojo,

Do you know if it is possible to limit the access of a specific user/group to just one of the Low Code Apps available in the DMS?

I am looking for something like a white-list/black-list feature in the LCAs module.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Carolina,

Each LCA can be configured to allow no/read-only/edit access to one or more users/groups. This can be done via the ‘…’ -> ‘Permissions’ setting on the top right when editing the LCA. More info can be found in the docs.

Hi Wout, that indeed helps for what we need, thanks!
Do you know if it is possible to do the opposite of it?
I mean, instead of going to all LCAs allowing or blocking a specific user/group, if we can limit the access of a group to a LCA? Or is this the only way of doing it?

Wout Mahieu [SLC] [DevOps Catalyst] commented 2 days ago

The opposite is unfortunately not possible. This configuration is done on LCA level, not user group level.
