How can I save a new component theme?

Hello Dojo,

I have customised the layout of a Pie chart component in a low-code app and would like to save this layout as a new component theme. but the button is grayed out (in other words, disabled).

I created a custom theme for the page and set conditional colors as a component theme. However the conditional colors are not being applied to new components (pie charts) nor am I able to save new component themes.

What should I do after I have created the new conditional colours and changed other layout settings to get the button enabled?

The Dataminer Version is 10.5.

Thanks and regards

Hi,

The 'Save as component theme' button is only enabled for your own custom themes. Clicking it will add the current custom settings as a component theme to the dashboard theme. When you are using a built-in theme (eg: Skyline ...), you cannot save component themes to it. (There should be a tooltip that explains this)

Thank you Wout,
I had indeed created a new theme for my page which unfortunately was not being applied until I restarted the browser. After this I was able to save a new component theme.
