Hi,
We have a dashboard that could be useful for everyone in the organisation.
It is possible to make a dashboard 'public' within the organisation so that staff don't need to login to DataMiner to view the dashboard.
Thanks,
Trong.
Hi Trong,
There are two ways to let everyone in the organization view a live dashboard, and both require some form of authentication.
- You can publish a shared dashboard through dataminer.services and add people who don’t have an account on the DataMiner system. They’ll still need to sign in with their own dataminer.services identity, which can be tied to Microsoft, Google, Amazon, or LinkedIn.
- Another option is to sync your organization’s users with DataMiner so each person gets a login automatically. This can be set up in several ways, with SAML and AD integration being the most common.
Once people can sign in, you just share the dashboard’s URL.
If you want to avoid sign-ins completely, the only workaround is exporting the dashboard as a static PDF and sending it by email, though it won’t be live anymore.
