Hi, I have added the Dataminer app in teams and now I need to link the accounts so I can send commands to the DMS I wish to interact with. However I'm getting an error when trying to sign in:
We use SSO to sign into this system, is it possible to sign in with SSO when linking the accounts? Clicking sign in again on the 2nd screen where it says Sign in via identity provider does nothing.

Hi,
If the DMS is configured to use SSO, make sure that also the remote access URLs are allowed in the configuration on both the DMS and at your identity provider.
