What DMA are my services on?

I'm migrating Elements and Services from one DMA to another, locating all the Elements is easy through the Migration tool but how do locate all the services that need migrating without having to manually check each and every one?

Hi Kris,

not sure if this is the answer you are looking for, but you can check what services are hosted on the DMA by going to C:\Skyline DataMiner\Services of that particular DMA.

I hope this helps,
Tarik

Hi Kris,

In newer versions of Cube you can right click a service and see its host via the properties window.

If you need to check many at once, you can go to the surveyor in Cube and click the view where the services are under (or the root view) and filter on service. Then on the right you can find a column "DATAMINER" showing the host. You need to scroll a bit to right to get to it though. You can however drag the column to the left to see it close to your service names.
