Sorry, i have another Problem. When i try to install a Connector i get this error:
{ "errorMessage": "Unexpected exception occurred", "exceptionMessage": "StatusCode: UnknownError, DebugMessage: A unknown exception occurred in CoreGateway: Error adding protocol file., DmaId: ******", "stackTrace": " at ArtifactDeployer.Services.CoreGateWayResponseHandler.Implementations.CoreGateWayResponseHandler.HandleAsync[TReq,TResp](ICoreGatewayRequestExecutor coreGatewayRequestExecutor, TReq request, MessageParser`1 responseParser, String topicId, CancellationToken cancellationToken)\r\n at ArtifactDeployer.Deployer.Implementations.ProtocolPackageDeployer.DeployAsync(String deploymentId, EventingInfo eventingInfo, ArtifactInfo info, String artifactLocation, DeployContext context, CancellationToken cancellationToken)\r\n at ArtifactDeployer.Handler.Implementations.DeploymentHandlerEventingDecorator.<>c__DisplayClass7_0.<<DeployArtifactAsync>b__0>d.MoveNext()\r\n--- End of stack trace from previous location ---\r\n at ArtifactDeployer.Handler.Implementations.DeploymentHandlerEventingDecorator.CaptureExceptionAsync(ContextType contextType, Func`1 action)" } Any ideas?
Thank you!

Hi Walter,
I tested the connector on a DMA with the same version and had no issues, so it looks like something local.
Could you check in Task Manager that all services starting with "SL" and starting with "DataMiner" are running? Maybe try a Windows restart if possible. If everything seems fine and the issue persists, best to contact DataMiner Support: https://supportpreview.dataminer.services/.
Let me know!
Hi Mauro!
I think this all looks good...
I don't think the Copilot is necessary?
Thank you!

Hi Walter,
I just tried installing it on my own system, and it works fine, so it doesn’t seem like the connector is the issue here. Could I ask which version of DataMiner you're running, whether the necessary DXMs are installed, and if your system shows “Cloud identity: Valid” in System Center?
Hi Walter,
What protocol are you trying to install, and are you installing it from the catalog? That could help pinpoint what’s going wrong.
