One of our staging DMAs reports the following info when opening https://admin.dataminer.services/
Aiming at achieving "reachable" for all the fields in red, any steer will be helpful:
Both agents are up and running, nominal heartbeat between main & stand-by,
yet only the online agent (on the right) shows "reachable".
Wondering if this means that the cloud connection would need to be configured with separate URLs between main & stand-by or if just one associated to the VIP is sufficient, e.g.
MAIN IP --> MyMainDMA.org
STBY IP--> MyStdbyDMA.org
VIP --> MyDMA.org
The other nodes in the same cluster report all "unreachable" but they're up and running via system center, where the "cloud" section looks like this:

It is expected for the offline failover agent to report 'unreachable' for the DataMiner System. For the offline failover to report 'unreachable' for dataminer.services means that the Cloud Gateway is either not installed, or not configured correctly.
As for the 'other nodes in the same cluster report all "unreachable"', this is likely because communication over port 5100 is not opened in your network, and they can not communicate between each other.
Based on the information you provide, I can't identify which system this is about to look at more details. Feel free to contact support if you wish to receive a more tailored support response on your setup.
