Hi,

I’m trying to create an title with the custom HTML editor in an dashboard, while editing my cursur is jumping all over the place when trying to add / remove text, html or styles. It seems a bit as if the auto complete help is interfering. Can this be disabled?

Hi Gerwin,

Sorry to hear the editor is more annoying than helpful. Could you let me know which version you’re currently running?

At the moment, there’s no way to disable this behavior. In the meantime, using an external editor might be the best workaround.

Kind regards,
Robin

Currently we're running 10.5.3 and using the editor with firefox.

We made an improvement to the editor in version 10.5.5, which I believe should resolve the issue you're experiencing. If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to Tech Support so we can properly investigate.
