Alarm Template not reflecting

I am facing issue with alarm template. Regardless of what I change in alarm template the alarm label column always shows it is in normal state.

Find the below alarm template that I have applied to the element.

Are you using this alarm template in an alarm template group?

No I am not. It is a normal single alarm template

Could you try merging the two rows into one? You can include multiple options for the critical alarm.
Try to assign a normal severity as well
