Based on your screenshot, I assume this is for a booking manager schedule in Cube?
There are some ways to tune the colors.
See Customizing the color of booking blocks.  The color of the booking blocks can be customized with properties on the booking.  These properties could be updated with API calls which are part of the SRM framework.  I don’t think it is possible to change the colors in Visio.

Alternatively you might want to look at implementing something in low code apps?  There you can use the timeline component which has a wealth of customization options including the Template Editor to fully customize how the events are displayed.
