The LCA and Dashboards stopped functioning after new DMAs were added to the cluster (including a failover for the existing DMA and a failover pair). Two different errors are being displayed. One error indicates that 'Node: 'Time range' is behind the 'GenericInterface' softlaunch flag' for some components in the Dashboard (and similarly in the LCA). The other error is shown in the attached screenshot.
Does all this relate to the soft launch configuration, and does it have to be manually added to the new DMAs? Does it have to be the same for all agents in the cluster?

Can you compare the softlaunch flags of the existing DMA's with the new ones ("C:\SkylineDataMiner\SoftLaunchOptions.xml")? They should be the same.

Thanks a lot for your answer. After copying file mentioned from old to the new DMAs, and restarting agents, this got resolved.
