Dataminer backup failed

Hi Dojo,

we have a new NAS (Synology) and wanted to store the backup there. Before on the old NAS everything was working fine. But on the new one I get:
2024-07-03 04:15:38|1 errors occurred during backup
2024-07-03 04:15:38|- Creating file remotely failed: Error: Unknown, 1312

When I login from the same server to the NAS, I can create files without any problem. Also mounting to the NAS with a network drive is working fine. I don’t have any explanation why Dataminer is giving me this error message. Maybe someone could give me the hint 😀

Hi Stefan,

This is probably where the domain of the user that has access to the share should be added, e.g. domain\user
