Hi, we have a user that has experienced the following error a number of times:

Each time the messages would have been present in the DMS for a while, however the user is not aware of such an issue present.

(1) Can we get some help with setting up alarming based upon these specific messages in information events?

(2) Is it possible to flag these messages in Dashboard? (The customer currently has a health monitoring dashboard and would like to integrate such an alarm to it)

Hi Bing,

A possible option is to run a correlation rule that will be triggered by these information events. As an action for this correlation rule, you could create a correlated alarm based on a parameter of an element in the cluster. The drawback of this approach is that the alarms will need to be cleared manually.

Regarding the option to see these information messages in a dashboard/LCA, currently there is no data source (out of the box) that provides information events. An ad-hoc data source will be required to query information events and show them in a dashboard.

Hope it helps.
