Missing GQI Data Sources

Hi Dojo,

On my on Prem Staging/Production DMS I only have 11 GQI Data Sources, but a DaaS system that I'm using has 22 Data Sources available - the one that I am after is "Get Resources"

Both the on Prem and the DaaS system are running 10.4.5.  Is there a reason that the extra Data Sources are missing?  And how can I add them to my on Prem systems?

Hi Dave,

Can you check that you have the GenericInterface option available in SoftLaunchOpotions?

Hi Miguel – yes, adding the GenericInterface option did indeed resolve the issue.
It does raise the question, are Soft Launch options enabled by default in DaaS systems? I assume that there is no way to turn them on/off on a DaaS.

Hi Dave,
Not all the soft launch options are enabled by default. If required I could provide the list of current options enabled.
Indeed, since this is a file that has to be modified locally, currently it is not possible for DaaS users to modify this file. However, if you require a specific option to be enabled, please contact your Skyline TAM.
