I’m allowing automatic updates in the manage client versions, however on clients without internet connection I exepect that it doesn’t download the latest client.
However there’s a “force a specific version…” button that expects a zip.
Where can I find that zip (for the lates cube version), and would that give me the option to have the latest version on those non internet connected clients ?

You can grab the latest DataMiner Feature release upgrade package (10.4.3 as of writing) from https://community.dataminer.services/dataminer-server-upgrade-packages/. Extract this .dmupgrade file as a zip, then extract the Upgrade.zip. You will find the files Cube.zip and versions.txt in the Webpages\DataMinerCubeStandalone subfolder. Those are the 2 files needed for the “Force a specific version…” button.

You can obtain these files from the folder /Webpages/DataMinerCubeStandAlone/ in an upgrade package or on another DataMiner Agent (e.g. a staging platform).
