We have recently installed an on-prem hosted DataMiner and connected it to the cloud. The agent appeared in the dataminer cloud as expected and account was successfully linked. However, we then had to reinstall the DMA on the same host, which was successful, but the DMA is no longer visible in the cloud portal although it shows as connected in Cube. Any thoughts on how to make it visible again?

If the system has no important dataminer.services related data (i.e. shares), then you can register the system again by first unregistering the system using the client test tools. You can find more information about how to do this at the following URL starting from step 2 here. After unregistering, you can follow the same flow in Cube to get the system connected to dataminer.services again.
